We ask for payment to be made in full via bank transfer to secure your date. And then you can sit back and relax.
We turn up on the day of the party, set up, leave you to enjoy your party and come back the next day to clear up all of the mess.
First 2 beds: £100
Beds 3-6: £25 per bed
We ask for a £100 deposit to cover any breakages or damages should they occur.
With Her Wonderland provides a luxury teepee tent, a mattress, pillow, duvet, blanket, themed cushions, fairy lights, breakfast tray, night lantern and extra accessories per child. We can provide beds for up to six children.
Each bed can be personalised with our miniature chalkboards.
We can also provide a ‘sky of stars’ night light and a cinema lightbox.
Set up takes approximately 90 minutes and take down requires about 60 minutes. We normally set up at 11am and take down at 11am on the following day but we try to be flexible with this if possible. We are also flexible with day party or multiple night rental.

You will need 85x185cm of floor space per bed- please make sure you have enough space for the number of beds!
Unfortunately our teepees are suitable for indoor use only.
We encourage teepee parties for any age but think that they would be enjoyed most by children aged 6-12.
We are a small business based in Wokingham, Berkshire. We cover Berkshire and Surrey but may need to charge travel costs if further than 10 miles from Wokingham.
Wow! What a perfect birthday party sleepover for my daughters 7th birthday. All the girls had a brilliant time and the beds were so comfortable they even got some sleep!

With Her Wonderland created an amazing sleepover experience for my 8year son and his friend AND did an extra one for my four year old so she wasn't left out.
The attention to detail was incredible my daughter love the lantern and the beautiful unicorn eye mask best and my son loved the cuddly toys but when asked what was his favourite part he said all of it.
Annie was very professional, she had great communication telling me what was included, what time she would drop off and pick up. I didn't need to do anything.
I would definitely recommend With Her Wonderland. The kids were so excited when they saw the sleepover set up and I loved watching their delight.

With Her Wonderland set up the jungle themed slumber party for my son’s 9th birthday sleepover and I cannot fault them. Everything was clean and beautiful. Annie was fantastic with the arrangements and set everything up for us, we didn’t have to lift a finger!
The tents were adorned with fairy lights, faux ivy, lanterns, cushions, cosy blankets, trays, a light box for the birthday boy, name tags and cuddly toys (which were the highlight!)!! The tents looked amazing and the children absolutely loved them!
The excitement when they saw the room with the tents all beautifully decorated was 100% worth organising a sleepover like this. They all enjoyed the experience and slept really well. It certainly made his birthday one to remember.
